All on-hand items are subject to availability. Items are only considered reserved once payment has been confirmed.
Orders must be fully paid before items are released.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or failure to check the item's details before ordering.
Customers are responsible for confirming the product, variant, quantity, language, and condition before completing their order.
Items must be claimed or arranged for delivery within the agreed period.
Unclaimed orders may be subject to storage limitations or forfeiture after the applicable claim period.
For shipped orders, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Atori Hobbies is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after the order has been handed over for shipment.
Any item received with a verified defect, incorrect item, or damage caused before shipment will be reviewed by Atori Hobbies and handled accordingly.
Atori Hobbies reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from uncooperative customers or customers who repeatedly violate store policies.
📦 PRE-ORDER ITEMS — TERMS & CONDITIONS
A downpayment is required to confirm and secure a pre-order.
Downpayments are non-refundable if the customer cancels the order at their own discretion. Customers who cancel confirmed pre-orders may also be restricted from placing future orders with Atori Hobbies.
Pre-orders may be cut or reduced due to limited distributor allocation.
No pre-order means no guaranteed allocation upon release.
Allocation is dependent on distributor supply and availability. Please place an order only if you are willing to wait.
Release dates are estimates and may change without prior notice.
Orders will only be released once full payment has been confirmed.
Items must be claimed within 2 weeks from arrival. Unclaimed items after this period may be forfeited, including the downpayment.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once a pre-order has been confirmed, except where otherwise stated.
A refund will only be issued if the distributor cannot fulfill the order and no restock or replacement allocation is possible.
