If this is your first time placing a pre-order with us, we want to make sure you understand how pre-orders work and why distributor allocation is an important part of the process.

Please take a few minutes to read the information below before placing your order.

 1. ORDERING DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN ITEM

Pre-orders are subject to distributor allocation. Placing an order does not automatically guarantee that we will receive the full quantity you ordered.

Generally, ordering a higher quantity may increase your chances of securing units, but allocation is never guaranteed.

📌 Example: 25% Allocation

Formula:
Number of Units Ordered × Allocation Percentage = Estimated Secured Units

• Order 4 units → 4 × 25% = 1 secured unit
• Order 1 unit → 1 × 25% = 0.25 unit → No secured unit

In this example, you would need to order at least 4 units to reach 1 secured unit at a 25% allocation rate.

⚠️ Important: Actual allocation percentages vary depending on the product and distributor. This example is for illustration only.

📌 2. WHAT IF WE CAN'T FULFILL YOUR ORDER?

If the final distributor allocation is insufficient for us to fulfill your order, your down payment will be refunded.

⏳ Refunds may take 3–7 business days after the distributor has completed their own refund process.

📌 3. DO WE HAVE EXTRA STOCK?

Whenever possible, we prioritize customers who have already placed pre-orders.

If we receive additional units through our store allocation, or if customers with secured allocations decline their offers, we will contact other pre-order customers before making remaining stock publicly available.

❌ 4. CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

No. Customer-initiated cancellations are not allowed.

The 30% down payment is forwarded to the distributor once we submit our orders and is not simply retained by Atori Hobbies.

If a refund becomes necessary because of insufficient distributor allocation, we can only process the refund after the distributor has completed their own refund process.

🔴 5. PLEASE DON'T USE YOUR EMERGENCY FUND FOR PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are for products that may take time to arrive and can be affected by:

• Distributor allocation
• Release date changes
• Shipping delays
• Other unforeseen circumstances

We strongly encourage everyone to pre-order only items that are within your budget and that you are comfortable waiting for.

👉 Please only order what you can truly afford.

🔴 6. NOT COMFORTABLE WITH WAITING OR ALLOCATION?

If you are not comfortable with waiting or with the possibility of receiving fewer units due to distributor allocation, we kindly ask that you reconsider placing a pre-order.

Pre-orders through Local Game Stores (LGS) are always subject to distributor allocation.

If you need an item immediately upon release, you may instead:

🏪 Queue at retail stores or malls on release day
💰 Purchase from the secondary market at the prevailing market price
