How to order? (Pre-Order Items)
- Browse our store and find the pre-order item you want.
- Click "Pre-Order" or "Add to Cart" on the product page.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your payment as usual.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
- Your item will be shipped once it arrives in stock — we'll notify you with a shipping confirmation email.
Note: Pre-order items may be shipped separately from in-stock items in the same order.
How to order? (In-Stock Items)
- Browse our store and find the item you want.
- Click "Add to Cart" on the product page.
- Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and complete your payment.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
- Your item will be packed and shipped within our standard processing time — a shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once dispatched.
In-stock items are fulfilled right away and ship faster than pre-order items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- GCash
- Maya
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
How do Pre-Order Balances work?
When you place a pre-order, a deposit is required to secure your item. Please take note of the following:
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be settled within 7 days of your item's arrival. Failure to pay within this period may result in forfeiture of your order.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the deposit terms and conditions.
Cancellations
Pre-order cancellations are not accepted once the deposit has been made. Please ensure you are committed to your order before proceeding.
My payment and order status is not updated on your website. What should I do?
If your payment or order status hasn't updated, here are a few steps to try:
1. Wait a few minutes — payment confirmations can sometimes take 5–15 minutes to reflect.
2. Check your email — a confirmation email is sent once your order is successfully placed and payment is processed.
3. Refresh the page — clear your browser cache and reload the order status page.
4. Check your bank or payment app — verify that the payment was deducted from your account.
5. Contact us — if your payment was deducted but your order status still shows as pending or unpaid after 24 hours, please reach out to us with your order number and proof of payment so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
Can we pay balances via COD?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for balance payments. However, in-store pickup is available! Please note that full payment is required for all items before we can process and ship your order. If you have any questions about payment options, feel free to reach out to us.
Can I transfer my order to another person/customer?
Yes, you may transfer your order to another person! However, please note the following:
- The original customer remains the account holder for the order — all communication and coordination must go through you.
- You will still be the one responsible for processing the order on your end.
- We will not directly liaise with the new recipient regarding order details, payments, or updates.
If you need to update the shipping address or recipient details, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
Can I get an update about my order?
Absolutely! There are two easy ways to check on your order status:
- Via Your Order Status Page — Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your order status page. This is automatically updated as your order is processed, packed, and shipped.
- Contact Us — If you need further assistance or have specific concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to us directly through our Contact Us page. Please have your order number ready so we can assist you faster.

What is an ON-HAND / PRE-ORDER / BACK-ORDER / RE-ORDER?
Here's a quick guide to understanding our product availability statuses:
🟢 ON-HAND — The item is currently in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed and dispatched within our standard handling time.
🟡 PRE-ORDER — The item is not yet available but has been confirmed for an upcoming release or restock. You can reserve your copy now, and it will be shipped once it arrives at our store.
🔴 BACK-ORDER — The item is temporarily out of stock but can still be ordered. It will be fulfilled as soon as new stock arrives. Estimated arrival dates will be communicated when available.
🔁 RE-ORDER — The item has sold out previously and we are placing another order with our supplier. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend reserving early to secure your slot.

Why is the Shipping Fee 'To Be Computed'?
The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- 📦 Package weight and dimensions — heavier or bulkier items have higher shipping costs.
- 📍 Delivery address — rates vary depending on your location (Metro Manila vs. provincial areas).
- 🚚 Courier and shipping method — different couriers have different rate structures.
Because of these variables, we are unable to display a fixed shipping fee on the product page. The exact amount will be shown once you proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.
